If a Special Reward is subsequently lost it can also be reclaimed at the Reward Claims Agent. The Gift Pack will be redeemable at the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave: Remember that only one Gift Pack is issued per account. Titles will be then be immediately usable, while item based Special Rewards will be in the characters mailbox.
